- Bond renewal- $10,000 Bond for $111.00, bond was renewed.
- Memberships are coming in.

Sale: National Online Sale- 7% commission to wlivestock.com, $5.00 to APSA. Same rules as last year with the exception of minimum starting bids. $250 for Ewes, $450 for Rams.
- Youth:
- Starter Flock Auction Results: $3264.00 total from the auction.
- Social Media blitz: Push starter flock applications, send out to the 4-H agents, and FFA Advisors.

Advertising: ASI Ad has been secured for April.
New Business
- Board Bios for Facebook page: ‘Meet the Board” picture and a brief biography for each board member, send email to Nicole.
- Board nominations: None currently, however we have a few people interested.
- SD Sheep Growers: Online Futurity Sale- More information on the SD Sheep growers’ site. Ewe lambs only.
Old Business
- Membership dues: Letter went out and we are having good return of membership.
