- Youth: Pick a winner- board members to review applications and email their vote.
- Advertising:
- ASI Ad-$500/month -June, July, August-Jeremy made a motion to fund all three months ads, Second by Zach, vote passed anonymously.
- Minnesota Lamb and Wool Producers Ad- $100, $75, $50 Scott motioned and Kayla seconded to do the full page ad in Minnesota Lamb and wool.
New Business
- Verbal appreciation for Rusty, introduce new director and give time to speak.
- Introduction of starter flock winner, and family.
- Introduce new newsletter editor via zoom.
- Board election results, only 2 candidates.
- Ad updates
- Update on Gems project.
- Meal before annual meeting, 750-1000$, limited restaurants in the area due to flooding
