• Nichole reported the balance of the account: $34,879.95
• Motion to accept report 1st- Zach, 2nd- Mark, Motion passed

Committee Reports

• Newsletter: Board pleased with new writer
• Advertising committee: Mark reported that there will not be any new ads until the next sale season
• Sale committee:
  • Third annual fundraising auction for starter flock auction.- Zach is handling logistics
    • Wednesday Feb. 12th – Kayla Montion, Mark 2nd
    • Donations need to be submitted to Zach, email will come out.
  • Sale that Kayla is working on in Ohio; Kayla provided information for sale
  • Sale mentioned in SD that would be in coordination with the targee association.
• Youth committee:
  • Email for applicants- changed to Nichole’s email
  • Board vote on removing ram credit- Motion by Matt, Seconded by Kayla motion passed.

New Business

• New registry address - Continue using the Associated registry address
• New Bank we work with – Motion by Zach to let Nichole pick bank 2nd Kayla- Motion passes
• Possibly have a new generic APSA email address - Jeremy Looking into.
• Warning on email scams - trend continues,
• Website updating - Pat Schloss is continuing to run website.

Old Business

• New logo discussion- Zach to prepare 2-3 options to be sent out for vote in the next newsletter.
• Unpaid members or newsletter mailing list.
