• Nicole was unavailable but had gotten info to Jeremy,
• Beginning balance $39,953.92–Ending Balance $39,158.49
• Report accepted by all.

Committee Reports

• Newsletter:
  • Bev would like all info for next newletter by March 24th.
  • Zach reported that $1,250 had been raised for the starter flock fundraiser. This will be in the next newsletter.
  • Will try and get a breeder directory listing in the next newsletter.
  • Reminder for starter flock deadline and a link to download online if preferred.
  • Zach mentioned sales coming up in July should be in next newsletter.

• Advertising: Board needs to vote on advertising costs for sales.

• Sale:
  • Vote on ads for NSIP sales in July. This would be the PLA and NSIP sale.
  • Do we want to advertise in ASI, do we get bang for our buck.
  • Scott made motion that APSA pay for ad for sales in July, Mark seconded it. To be put in newsletter. Approved by all.
  • Zach was fine for paying for upcoming Ohio show and sale. Past Ohio show and sale Kayla paid for.
• Youth:
  • No application yet for starter flock. Nicole is taking the applications. Fund raiser money is ear marked just for that purpose. Put more info for starter flock in next newsletter.
  • Mark brought up a question, does FFA have a facebook page they would let us advertise on. Directors were going to look into this, this could help give exposure to fund raiser.
• Finance committee: A yearly audit needs to be done, a copy of year end bank statement to board. A balance sheet available to the board.

New Business

• Website on APSA: Work on getting it caught up to date. Scott volunteered to take over Secretary duties, Kayla made a motion to that affect and Mark seconded it. All approved.
• APSA Honoree: We have 1 candidate so far. Nominations for new board members need to get in fairly soon.

Old Business

• Zach has been working on a new logo design for the APSA, we will put his suggestions in the upcoming newsletter hopefully to get feedback from the membership. Will check into possibly having a QR code in the newsletter for those who would like to vote that way.
• Thought process was brought up that it seems difficult to work with associated registry since the move.
