Meeting Called to order by Pres. Mark Meurer.

Roll Call: Mark Meurer, Zach Meinders, Scott Woolen, Kayla Inbody, and Nicole Jessen

Quick meeting was held after the annual meeting for the purpose of establishing the new board. Scott was re-elected to the board for a second three-year term and Bryce Freking was elected to the board to replace Mark who was termed out.

Officers for the next year are as follows:

• President: Jeremy Refshaw
• Vice President: Zach Meinders
• Treasurer: Nicole Jessen
• Secretary: Scott Wollin
